As a online retailer based in the United States, Simpli Pleasures aims to provide a discreet and personalized shopping experience for adults seeking to explore and enhance their sexual pleasure. Recognizing the importance of changing the narrative in the space, we re-branded Simpli pleasures not only to be progressive, inclusive, and empowering but fun and comfortable.

Our job is to help our customers explore further into our different collections so that they can experience new sensations, intensity,
and variety in their personal pleasure.

We consider sex toys one of humanities greatest inventions — comparable to the fork, the light bulb, or the wheel.
They make life easier by providing pleasure to the user. To us, sex toys aren’t competition or replacements. They’re enhancements to masturbation, sex, and pleasure.

Wanting to get away from the concept of sexuality being dark and shameful, we redesigned Simpli Pleasures’ logo to be more playful, simple and welcoming. Opening up a comfortable space for users to browse freely without a sense of “wrong” in their exploration.

Customers begin their journey with curiosity or desire. They are drawn in through ads, emails, and digital content.

A customer stays on site and connects with the brand if they feel comfortable. This often is associated with how easy it is to use the site and discover information.

Getting a customer to purchase a product requires them to feel an urge to do so. This can happen through awesome customer reviews, funny product descriptions, site sales, or urgency triggers.

Ah, the climax. This stems from finding the right product and knowing it’s on the way and will be delivered soon.

How and when a package arrives impacts the customer experience. Returns, refunds, and customer care interactions after purchase are also included within after care.

Graphics
Vibrant and bold colours are commonly used to grab attention and create a lively atmosphere. Embracing diversity and inclusivity, we’ve used products as the main characters in human-like situations. Clever and witty details are incorporated into these illustrations to add an element of humor and playfulness whose ultimate purpose is to convey a sense of fun and celebration of human desire.
Website
Prioritized intuitive and streamlined navigation as well as high-quality imagery in order to to engage visitors and showcase products or services effectively. The use of whitespace and a well-organized grid system creates a visually pleasing and clutter-free design.
Emails
With the help of creative and attention-grabbing content, teasing the content of the email without being explicit, and a/b testing, we landed the perfect formula to increase eCVR by 90% in the span of a year.
